The employer failed to investigate the employee’s employment history and criminal record. The employer failed to provide its customer with a safe environment. Due to the employer’s negligence, the woman suffered emotional distress, low self-esteem, injury to intimate family relationships, humiliation, psychological injuries and other damages.
